Prior to the 2019/2020 holiday season, Moody Gardens had been creating new branding elements every year that were not consistent with their brand. As a result, they did not have brand recognition for the suite of attractions offered each year for their Holiday in the Gardens events. They came to Empire Creative with a need to develop an all-encompassing brand for the Holiday in the Gardens event. They wanted a brand to use every year that would create an identity and recognition of the event. Our team developed a new event brand including a logo, style guide, and library of design elements. We used these elements to design marketing materials, rack cards, signs, digital ads, and displays. Moody Gardens also used the logo and branding elements to create merchandise sold in the gift shops.
